An excellent opportunity exists for dedicated & passionate cleaner to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, with fixed shift roster promoting a healthy work life balance. This position does not require working weekends. Cleaning experience & an eye for detail is desired. Applicants must be flexible, willing to work evenings at Epping location. Duties & Responsibilities: Tasks include but are not limited to: dusting, cleaning sinks, basins, bench tops, office equipment, tables, chairs, fridges, microwaves, toilets, mirrors, kitchen/staff rooms Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas. Sweep, vacuum, mop all floor surfaces using brooms, vacuum cleaners and mops. Empty rubbish and recyclables into correct bins in designated disposal area. Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as required. Maintain all cleaning equipment. Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and products. Applicants must possess: An excellent work ethic, self-motivation, be reliable, flexible, punctual and well presented. Effective prioritising and time management skills with the ability to follow instructions. Physically fit. Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning expectations is essential. Required: Must speak fluent English with both excellent written and oral skills. Current Drivers licence and reliable transport. National Police Check or willing to obtain one. The right to live and work in this location. Key Performance Indicators: Perform all tasks to the standards established by the company. Ensure staff performance levels and cleaning standards against schedule of services. Comply with site security procedures.
