have partnered with this established, fast-paced venue on the west side looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join the team to support the current Bistro Management.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in a similar role in a TAB venue, understands the operations and connection with kitchen, bar and floor and can lead the team confidently.

• Assist the Venue Manager in daily operations

• Experience as an autonomous manager in a hospitality environment
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bubbly, out-going personality
• Willingness and confident to upsell food and beverage products
• Confident training and directing staff 
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing daily bistro operations
• Full working rights in Australia
• Good verbal and written communication skills
