• Extensive recruitment experience, either internally or ex-agency (preferred)
• Able to quickly identify suitable candidates for specified roles
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Strong candidate management skills
• Proactive in nature
• Strong customer service focus
• Good at building and maintaining relationships
• Have strong leadership skills and experience leading a team (for Team Leader role)
• Bulk or project recruitment experience
