New View Psychology offers a supportive and positive culture to our team. We are looking for another Customer Support Officer to become part of the largest provider of psychology and counselling services in Australia.
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be required to provide a high standard of customer service and general office administration support to clients and mental health practitioners.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls efficiently and in an empathetic and professional manner
- Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries
- Administration support to a range of stakeholders
- Updating client records in our database
- Responding to emails, faxes and website enquiries
- Processing of EFTPOS payments
- Data entry
Key selection criteria:
- Must have relevant customer service experience (call centre experience is desirable but not mandatory)
- Experience working with & meeting KPI’s
- Ability to form part of our team
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Excellent organisation, time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Reliable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-demand environment
- Self-motivated with an innovative approach
You may be situated at any of our three locations: Tullamarine, Essendon and Moonee Ponds
