In business for over 25 years, Kitchen Innovations (KI) is a major Kitchen Designer & Manufacturer located in Victoria producing quality kitchens for the Australia Market. We are considered to be the fastest growing Kitchen Cabinet manufacturer in the state as we offer total solutions in cabinetry, stone bench tops and glass splash backs to the major high volume builders as well as private builders and renovators. We are located on a 4.5 acre site in Campbellfield, bordering the Ford Australia site.

About the role

The primary function of the Site Quality Assurance/Supervisor - Joinery is to manage and facilitate the rectification of joinery installation works / issues / repairs and defects. This may occur any time after the delivery of joinery, encompassing issues raised by builders, supervisors and clients.

Position Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with electronic record keeping systems

• Strong computer skills and software including work, excel, in-house data base systems

• Experience installation of cabinets would be advantageous

• A focus towards excellence in customer service

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional time management skills

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, environment is essential

• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Flexible during times of change

• Persuasive, encouraging and motivating

• Strong written and oral communication skills

This is a salary based position.
