Professional Folder Gluer Machine Operator About Us We are a growing cardboard carton manufacturing business based in Campbellfield Victoria with a newly created Folder Gluer Machine Operator position available. We supply to both local and interstate companies with various cardboard products. About the Job The job will include but not be limited by the following tasks and duties that may be delegated from time to time: Completing scheduled work as directed by supervisor by using the Production Order form for instructions Enter required job information onto the Production Order Form Installing tooling and parts required to fold panels Position and register belt drives to the cardboard sheet Constantly check carton quality, colour and make sure all cuts, creases, gluing and position are within tolerance Carry out periodic maintenance on machine such as lubrication and machine cleanliness Report any machine discrepancies or safety issues to supervisor Maintain a clean work area What we are looking for: We are looking for a true professional with the following attributes: Professional conduct at all times Impeccable people skills and interpersonal skills Leadership skills To produce all goods to customers on time, in full and to quality standard To comply with company regulations and policies at all times Respect fellow employees and work in a team orientated fashion Consistently meet KPI’s Someone punctual and dedicated Experience in cardboard packaging Strong Crash Lock Base Setup experience Strong 4 & 6 Corner Setup experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in role If you believe you have what it takes to occupy our position then we would invite you to forward your CV online.
