JOB DESCRIPTION

New View Psychology offers a supportive and positive culture to our team. We are looking for another Customer Support Officer to become part of the largest provider of psychology and counselling services in Australia.

As a Customer Support Officer, you will be required to provide a high standard of customer service and general office administration support to clients and mental health practitioners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls efficiently and in an empathetic and professional manner
  • Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries
  • Administration support to a range of stakeholders
  • Updating client records in our database
  • Responding to emails, faxes and website enquiries
  • Processing of EFTPOS payments
  • Data entry

Key selection criteria:

  • Must have relevant customer service experience (call centre experience is desirable but not mandatory)
  • Experience working with & meeting KPI’s
  • Ability to form part of our team
  • Quick learner and adaptable to change
  • Excellent organisation, time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-demand environment
  • Self-motivated with an innovative approach

You may be situated at any of our three locations: Tullamarine, Essendon and Moonee Ponds
