The Company

Over the past decade, this privately owned organisation has built a reputation of winning and delivering highly technical service contracts and agreements. They are looking to appoint a HSEQ/HR Administrator in their busy Shared Services department. In a highly competitive industry, this is a fast-paced, energetic environment where customer service and quality of delivery are the foundations of their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of appropriate HSEQ/HR records including the compilation, analysis and reporting of HSEQ incident, hazard, audit and assurance outcomes and statistics
  • Manage and maintain HSEQ/HR information and document management systems
  • Participate in recruitment and selection activities, including the generation of employment contracts and variations
  • Coordinate new-employee orientations; administer pre-employment tests & conduct reference checks Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage the reporting and compliance plan records of relevant legislative, industry Standards and employee compliance
  • Organise training and development and manage HSEQ/HR training records
  • Manage the records and communication of audit and assurance schedules, program delivery and outcome reporting to the HSEQ team and the business as a whole

The Person

You will be a resilient individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager, you will have an exceptional eye for detail along strong organisational skills juggling multiple tasks at the one time.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to high ethical standards in HR as well as safety. Ideally, you will have come from a similar role where you have experience in managing office systems, including and implementing changes to improve efficiency.

A Business Administration qualification or Cert IV in Work Health and Safety is highly desirable.
